The facility was developed in 2007 and consists of cold storage and dry warehouse space totalling 682,800 SF (expandable to 1,200,000 SF), including 26,514 SF of mezzanine office. Building contains both dry and temperature controlled warehouse space ranging from -10°F to +60°F. In addition, the building has the capacity to add an additional 100,000 SF of +35°F cooler space, 35,000 SF freezer space and 360,000 SF of dry warehouse space. The campus was specifically designed to allow for future expansion of the company’s operations.
